• Adult Conference Registration - Includes all sessions and activities, entry into our amazing prize giveaway and 2 complimentary buffet breakfast for all attendees staying at the hotel.

Payment Options​

If you register with the meal option, a discount of $20 off your registration is included. This year's conference registration fee can be paid either in full or in installments.

Installment plans are as follows:

Adult Registration with meal option can be paid in 4 installments.

• In Full - $270

• 2 installments of $135

• 3 installments of $90 

• 4 installments of $67.50

Ages 13 - 18 Registration with meal option can be paid in 4 installments.

• In Full - $210

• 2 installments of $105 

• 3 installments of $70 

• 4 installments of $52.50

Adult Registration without the meal option can be paid in 2 installments

• In Full - $120

• 2 installments of $60 

Ages 13 - 18 registration without the meal option must be paid

• In full - $60

 

In addition to credit and debit card payments, we also accept Pay Pal and electronic check payments. 

 

No refunds can be issued after July 10, 2024

 

Lodging

Living Free Women's Conference has reserved a block of rooms with the Eisenhower Hotel and Conference Center in Gettysburg, PA.  Click HERE to reserve your room at the hotel using our quick registration link. You may also contact the hotel directly at (717) 334-8121 to reserve your room, but you must mention that you are with the Living Free Women's Conference in order to receive the conference rate.  

Note: The conference rate is only available until July 10, 2024.  After this date, the room rate increases significantly and we have zero control over the increase. So please reserve your room before July 10, 2024.  Keep in mind also that our room block goes very quickly.

• Quad Occupancy -  $72/person

• Triple Occupancy -  $96/person

• Double Occupancy- $144/person

• Single Occupancy - $288/person
