Adult Conference Registration includes 4 buffet meals.
- Adult Registration $400 until July 1, 2026
- Adult Late Registration $430 after July 1, 2026
- Youth Registration (Ages 13 - 24) $240 until July 1, 2026
- Youth Late Registration (Ages 13-24) $270 after July 1, 2026

Adult Registration
Adult Registration can be paid in 4 installments. Must be paid in full by August 1, 2026

In addition to credit and debit card payments, we also accept Pay Pal and electronic check payments.
No refunds can be issued after June 1, 2026

You must use the group name: LFWC 2026 in order to receive the conference rate.
Note: All the rooms at the Sheraton Suites Old Town are 2 room suites. The king suites have a pull out sofa. The suite with 2 queen beds does not, but it does have a sleepable chase lounge. Click the reservation link above and then click availability to see pictures of the layout. The conference rate is only available until July 8, 2026. After this date, the room rate increases significantly and we have zero control over the increase. Please reserve your room before July 8, 2026. Keep in mind also that our room block goes very quickly

All meal will be buffet style with a variety of choices, including ample vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options. All meals will be Biblically kosher, meaning there will be no pork or shellfish included.
